The Code of Ethics defines the set of values ​​and principles that inform the activity of our company and establishes the rules of conduct for relationships with our Collaborators, Customers, Suppliers and Partners.

The Organization, Management and Control Model is a company management system that identifies the operating procedures that the company adopts to reduce the risk that top and subordinate individuals commit crimes to the benefit of the company.

Everyone who works with our company is required to know and respect the principles contained in these documents. Violation of these principles entails the termination of the fiduciary relationship.
