Argentario d'oro for the Bottecchia Factory Team!

Winning, as we know, is never easy: especially when you are the favorite. Stefano Valdrighi repeated his success in the 2024 edition of the Gran Fondo dell'Argentario : a solitary ride during the final part of the race.

There was nothing to be done: Valdrighi, with his super riding technique, created a vacuum in the final descent, distancing the only opponent who had managed to keep up with him in the previous climb. Closing the podium on the third step, completing the 40km for 1400 meters of altitude difference, was Filippo Bertone , another Bottecchia representative. A true triumph! The first victory of the season, therefore, has finally arrived.

Cortesi finished in tenth place, followed by Davide Masi in p11.

In short, a healthy and growing team, which with consistent performance faces the next events: scheduled for the next weekends, Syrah and Sinalunga.
